SMTplus Kft. (2750 Nagykőrös, Téglagyári utca 10, hereinafter referred to as Data Controller) is the CXII of 2011 on Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. Pursuant to Section 20 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as “Infotv.”), informs the data subject (hereinafter referred to as “the Data Subject”) that the provision of the data provided by the Data Subject to the Data Controller or requested by the Data Controller is voluntary.

When you visit www.smtplus.hu, our server records the following data in the form of a temporary log, aggregated, without personal information, for system security and to improve the services provided to you:
• Domain name or IP address of the connected computer
• Time of access
• Details of any file that the client calls (filename and URL)
• HTTP response code
• Relevant URL (the website you last visited)ű
• The number of bytes transmitted during the visit.
The Data Controller is Infotv. Pursuant to Article 5 (1) (a) and (b), based on the consent of the data subject or statutory data processing pursuant to law, and Article 6 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU). Art. (a) to (c), manages the following personal data of the Data Subject for the purposes listed below:
– name,
– e-mail address
– phone number
The above personal data is handled by the Data Controller in order to answer the questions and inquiries asked by the Data Subject.
The processing of personal data is not done in an automated way, no profiling takes place.
The duration of the data management is from the data entry – if it is based on the consent of the data subject – until the withdrawal of the consent of the data subject, however, the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the revocation. The duration of the data management is from the time the data is given – if it is based on the fulfillment of legal obligations – until the deadline specified in the relevant legislation or contract, but at most until the relevant target is met.
Your consent may be withdrawn by the Affiliate in writing by filing it through any of the contact details below. You may also initiate or arrange the modification or rectification of your personal data in these ways. In the event of a change in the law in the meantime, or if its terms are in place, the Data Controller will delete the personal data of the Data Subject that is no longer necessary for the purpose of the data management.
In the course of storing electronic documents relating to the Data Subject, the personal data of the Data Subject may be forwarded to the Data Controller’s existing contracted electronic storage service partners in order to store the data relating to the Data Subject electronically.

The Data Subject acknowledges and expressly agrees that your personal data will be forwarded as described above.
The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject that he may request information from the Data Controller about the processing of his personal data, and may request access to his personal data, rectification, erasure, blocking or termination of the processing of his data for the designated purpose or part thereof, and may object to the processing of his personal data. The Data Subject is entitled to receive electronically processed personal data in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format, and to forward such data to another Data Controller without being obstructed by the Data Controller. The Data Subject may also request information about the personal data processed by the data processor, their source, the purpose of the data processing, its legal basis, duration, the name of the processor, its address and its activities related to data management, its circumstances, effects and measures taken to prevent it, and – in the case of transmission of personal data of the data subject – on the legal basis and the addressee of the transfer. In relation to data management, the Data Subject shall be entitled to the remedies provided in Infotv. Article 21 and Article 21 of the GDPR. As defined in Section 22, you may enforce your rights before the court and any damages and damages you may have under the law.
